Chair & Barrel Pilates

Improves Balance and Posture through pelvic and scapular stabilization exercises. Works spinal flexion, extension, and side bending through different stretching positions. Increases strength, lean muscle tissue and metabolic function. Improves mood and energy.

Cycling

Each person can choose their own goals for the session. Besides being a great form of aerobic activity (burning between 400-600 calories in 40 minutes), indoor cycling is also beneficial in strengthening the muscles of the lower body. It tones the quadriceps and hamstrings, along with working the back, hips and buttocks.

Rowing

Whether you already row or are considering rowing to keep in shape, lose weight, cross-train for another sport, compete on the water or rehabilitate from injury or surgery, rowing is the complete exercise for you. Arms, legs, chest, back, abs–even your mind. Your whole body gets a complete workout from the efficient, rhythmic motion of rowing.

Rebounding

A blend of yoga, acrobatics and balance, this class is designed to open and decompress your spine. Experience the many benefits of this low-impact cardio exercise, boost your self-confidence and build overall strength.

Functional Exercise

Functional strength training involves performing work against resistance in such a manner that the improvements in strength directly enhance the performance of movements so that an individual’s activities of daily living are easier to perform. No big weight machines!

Thai Yoga Bodywork and Massage

This ancient form of therapy combines leaning pressure, reflexology, energy line work, blood stopping, stretching and yogic adjustments to open the body as well as alleviate physical discomfort and mental stress. The work is done on the floor with comfortable padded mats in a quiet and relaxing environment. We also offer Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage.

Chair Massage

Chair Massage counters the circulatory problems inherent with work. Sitting in a massage chair opens up the back muscles, relieves strain on the neck and provides a gentle respite for the eyes. When chair massage is used preventively, it maintains a homeostatic balance that prevents the little problems from getting worse.
