motivating,never over crowed,pilates reformer classes.!

As a mom I find Elite Fitness a wonderful place. Help is always avalible and I trust the staff with my children. I find the small group coaching classes a great value. I also love the way they keep the studio clean and that you never have to wait around for machines. Children's classes are sensational and are the teachers.

Incredible customer service, caring and comfortable atmosphere. ;)

This studio is just what we over weight and out of shape people need. The staff is ready to help at any time. I have not seen an exercise facility where you can go and not feel out of place. There is a positive energy that helps you get motivated. They offer weight management consulting and all kinds of individual programs to help you make improvements in your level of health and well being. They start young offering classes for the children and end with a large senior population. There are NO teenagers running around and there are no undesirable people to deal with.

Pros: They care about there members

Stellar & Supportive Staff; Very Clean; Cozy, Non-Threatening Atmosphere!

As an overweight female, I feel extremely comfortable at this studio. The staff is knowledgeable, supportive and always available to answer questions. My fellow members are friendly and polite. I especially like that there are no “muscle heads” grunting and hogging the machines. The cardio room is awesome. Each machine is linked to TV and Satellite Radio. They offer a wide range of classes like Pilates Mat and Reformer classes, Yoga and Urban Rebounding. The entire studio, from the machines to the bathrooms, is impeccably clean. I also think it’s really accommodating that they offer childcare and exercise classes for children.

Pros: Great for the family.

Keeps the kids happy.!

Need a place for the kids to blowoff some sugar. This is the place, you will find everything you need right here. There are lots of children's classes to keep the kids going all week. I get to do some pilates when the kids are in class, this is unbelievable. You moms with little ones just drop them off in the childcare. This studio feels like your living room.

Pros: low key, clean as can be, family orientated

Great for the whole family!

Very helpful staff, Plenty of activities for the children, Moms will enjoy the pilates reformer and yoga. Plus, they also have child care which is a bonus! The trainers are very professional and the entire staff is CPR certified. Elite studio has a wonderful family atmosphere and there is never a worry about any undesirables. Elite Fitness is just what Carroll Gardens needed, exceptional for the community!

Pros: child care, great environment for woman
